At SAVA Amsterdam, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any item within 30 days of delivery provided it remains in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are protected for transit.

• 3.
  Ship to SAVA

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location across Amsterdam or your local region.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5 to 7 business days.
